Is that all your sensitive stomach can handle?

It’s sad that MichelleMalkin readers have to be warned before watching pictures of topless protesters.
I mean seriously, is that all that it takes for those people to get them to throw up?
I think my stomach is more upset when I see the picture of a dead soldier, his casket,  or the family the soldier leaves [...]

Guilty until proven… guilty!

This is terrific. High Value Targets are now being granted the right to an attorney.
Obviously, HotAir implies that this is a bad thing. Here is the best part of the article:
U.S. officials have argued against allowing the prisoners access to lawyers without special security precautions out of fear that elements of the CIA’s secret detention [...]

OReilly is NOT taking on Media Matters

If OReilly was really doing that, he would have Media Matters on his show. At the very least he could quote them on his show instead of just talking about what they do without ever actually showing what they do.
For those that might be tempted to argue he has the clip on his website, this [...]

Surrender to whom exactly?

Michelle Malkin refers to some Democrats as wanting to surrender…
But to whom exactly? Is it to Iran? The Sunnis? Al-Quaeda in Iraq? Al-Quaeda in Afghanistan?
There is a civil war going on over there. We are caught in the middle of it. There is no one to surrender to. There is no war that we can [...]

Andrew Sullivan has a good point we sometimes forget…

One thing I really hate is the polarization of the the debate, for example in health care (no control vs. control) or the iraq war (stay the course vs. leave right now). There are always sub-options that we need to consider.
Anyways, he has a post on a Malkin/Daily Kos feud. He says:
Another left-wing provocation - [...]

From ticker skin to civility…

I have to confess I am always facinated by the forums at Hannity.com. It’s an interesting place because the forums are open to everyone and the forum is tied to an explosive personality (namely, Sean Hannity).
For a while, insults would fly around and the mods would respond to complaints with ‘thicker skin’. Basically, you just [...]

What now, shutdown the UN?

Unbelievable. If we listen to right wingers, we need to shut down the UN and start nuking countries left and right…
Michelle is complaining the Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is even allowed to come to New York for some UN meeting! First groud zero becomes off limit, now the UN!
These regressive ideas will get us nowhere.
Everybody better start [...]

Thank god for the common sense of the Indianapolis airport!

It amazes me that some people exhibit so much indirect bigotry.
Ok so here is the real bottom line. Some Muslim cab driver want to wash their feet for their prayers.
We can either:

Let them use the sink
Let them pour water on their feet somewhere in the parking lot
Install footbaths
Find a way to prevent them from praying [...]

What a waste of energy!

Now the right is obsessed with the planned visit from Mahmoud Ahmadinejad on the WTC site.
Besides the fact that Iran had nothing to do with the 9/11 events, this is such a waste of time.
Instead of trying to prevent him from going to the site, how about having protests to show the bad things Iran is [...]

I don’t think Fred understands what choice is…

Hot air has a post on Fred Thompson’s comments about Hillary’s proposal…
It’s so funny. He critisizes Hillary for not giving you a choice.
Yeah! It depends on the meaning of the word choice! If choice is between having health care and not having health care, you are right, Fred gives you that choice. If the choice [...]
